AN OVERVIEW OF THE DIVISION
The Programme Management Division consists of a head and 5 project managers mainly involved with research & capital budgets and the management of research and capital projects in the company. The head reports directly to the CEO of the company.

THE FUNCTIONS OF THE DIVISION AND THEIR ROLE IN THE PROCESS OF SUPPLYING WATER
The Programme Management Division is responsible for the compilation & control of the 1-Year and 5-Year research and capital budgets as well as the provision of project management services for mainly infrastructure projects.
As such the division contributes to the infrastructure development process in NamWater running from the planning stage, concept & preliminary design, environmental work, final design, tender compilation, construction, commissioning & handover of the new infrastructure to the NamWater Business Units.
